Abstract
'Neurology India', the show-window of the progress of neurological sciences in India, has successfully completed 49 years of publication. I dedicate the 50th Anniversary Golden Jubilee issue to all those who have been instrumental in making 'Neurology India' achieve heights of excellence. It is an emotional moment, full of joy and fulfillment, not only for me, but also for the earstwhile editors, contributors, reviewers and above all the Neurological Society of India.
