One hundred and fourty-nine specimens of
Sinocyclocheilus grahami
from six different localities of Lake Dianchi area were examined. Twenty frame and nineteen general characteristics, thirty-nine characteristics in sum were measured for multivariate morphometrics analysis. Based on the results of principal components analysis, specimens clustered together by scatter plots of scores could not be divided. It indicated that there is no morphological diversification under species level.
