CALL FOR ENTRIES: Purchase Guide - BioProcessing Equipment
This following letter has been sent to a large number of suppliers.
We reproduce it here in case we have overlooked you in our mail out. Please
complete your response and return to the ABA as soon as possible.
Dear Managing Director,
ABA Listing of Products, Services & Consumables for Bioprocessing
In our April, June and October issues of the journal, Australasian
Biotechnology, we are running feature articles and information on
all aspects of bioprocessing, and are particularly emphasizing fermentation
systems, bioreactors, biotransformations and downstream processing (including
centrifugation, filtration, chromatography). A fuller description of our
planned content for this triple issue special feature is given in the
Introduction to the Special feature in this issue.
I am writing to invite your company to send to us details of the equipment,
services and consumables for bioprocessing that you sell in the Australian
market. We are interested in listing laboratory scale, pilot scale, and
full commercial scale equipment. We are only interested in the bioprocessing
area, not your entire product range.
A typical entry is envisaged as having this level of detail (fictitious
entry):

This listing will be published as entries are received in the June and
August issues issues. The complete compilation will also be posted on
the ABA website (http://www.aba.asn.au) in a special new section.
